Born and raised as a small-town Kentucky girl, this state has a huge place in my heart. I feel most at peace in the many mountains and "hollers". I am inspired by Appalachian music, line dancing, and folktales.
I have always been drawn to photography, because it is such a unique way to make someone feel beautiful, especially through the many things that make them happy.
Most importantly, I owe all of my encouragement and heart for this to Him. God, who created you and I, so beautifully & wonderfully.
I'm Brooklyn, a photographer from a small-town in Eastern, KY.
Growing up, I always found myself fascinated by how much joy and splendor I found being outdoors. From singing with the birds, running with the foxes, to gracefully admiring the deer, there is such beauty in simple things! This reminds me so much of how beautiful WE are. Not exactly simple, but so extraordinarily unique and our own. I wanted to capture that back then, and now.
I grew up running barefoot through the woods, camera in hand. Those early days taught me something...
